Selvatica Cancun Cenote
The word “cenote” comes from the Yucatec Maya word “dzonot” which means “well”. Much prettier than the English word “sinkhole”, so we just stick to “cenote”. Basically a cenote is “ye olde swimming hole”, a natural pond in the jungle fed by underground freshwater rivers. At Selvatica, it’s where we go to refresh, splash and do cannonballs and flips from the cenote zipline. Don’t forget your swimsuit, this Selvatica Cancun activity is for all our guests to enjoy!
